Terms Overview – Key Points at a Glance

The following Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cvk4 ("the Platform"). These T&C apply to all activities conducted on the cvk4 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, sports betting, and casino gameplay. By accessing or using any part of the cvk4 platform — whether via a desktop browser or mobile device — you accept these terms in full.

cvk4 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Player Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the cvk4 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted in your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from doing so under any applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or be subject to any other restriction that would prohibit your access to gambling services.

Account Registration, Verification, and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the cvk4 platform. Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account closure.

cvk4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these T&C. In such cases, funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cvk4 supports a range of payment methods tailored to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account balance upon confirmation. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within five minutes for mobile money services.
• cvk4 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Players must verify their identity before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) under normal operating conditions. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• cvk4 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation where fraudulent or irregular activity is suspected.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

cvk4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to these general T&C as well as any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between general T&C and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

cvk4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Seasonal promotions — including Eid offers, Pohela Boishakh specials, BPL cricket season bonuses, and T20 World Cup campaigns — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games available on the cvk4 platform — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — operate under certified rules and use audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity at all times.

• Players may not use any software, tool, algorithm, or technique that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including bots, automated betting scripts, or exploit-based wagering strategies.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect odds being published, cvk4 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and to refund the associated stakes. The Platform is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. cvk4 follows standard settlement rules for all major leagues including BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments.
• Collusion between players — including sharing cards, coordinating bets at the same table, or exploiting live dealer games in concert — is a serious breach of these T&C and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

cvk4 logs all gaming activity for audit purposes. Records are maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are available for review by the Platform's compliance team. Players consent to this monitoring by using the Platform.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

cvk4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Use of these tools is encouraged and, in some circumstances, may be applied by the Platform on a player's behalf where risk indicators are identified.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any cvk4 branding, game assets, or marketing materials without prior written consent from the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other players, including verbal abuse, threats, or deliberate disconnection tactics in live dealer games.

cvk4 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension and legal referral — against any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct. The Platform cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required.

Limitation of Liability and Amendments to These Terms

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvk4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings due to system outages, data loss, or interruptions to live gaming sessions caused by circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including power failures, network disruptions, or force majeure events.

cvk4 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game outcome is achievable. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cvk4 shall not be held responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks that affect the delivery of the Platform's services.
